Pay: $16.00/hr to start
Sign-On Bonus: $100 total ($50 paid after 1 week, $50 paid after 30 days)

About the Role
Now hiring a Tile Cutter to join the production team in Hardeeville. This is a temp to perm position with no prior experience needed! Full training is provided, including how to read a tape measure, proper cutting technique, and safe equipment operation. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a trade skill set in a stable, hands-on manufacturing environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Measure and mark tile according to work orders and cut specifications
• Operate tile cutting equipment (wet saw, manual tile cutter, and/or automated cutting machinery) under supervision
• Read and interpret basic measurements and cut sheets
• Inspect finished cuts for accuracy and quality before moving product down the line
• Stack, sort, and stage cut tile for the next stage of production
• Keep the workstation clean and organized throughout the shift
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE (safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection as required)
• Report equipment issues, damaged materials, or quality concerns to a supervisor
• Meet daily production and accuracy goals as set by the team lead
• Perform other general production duties as assigned

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; willing to train the right candidate on tape measure reading, cutting technique, and equipment use
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working around cutting equipment and machinery
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, fractions helpful but not required)
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong attention to detail
• Team player with a good work ethic
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
