What You’ll Do

• Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and community outreach
• Identify companies with staffing, recruiting, and workforce-management needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and hiring managers
• Conduct client meetings to understand workforce needs and recommend appropriate staffing solutions
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and follow up consistently with prospects and clients
• Partner with the recruiting team to deliver qualified candidates and excellent client service
• Maintain accurate client and sales activity records
• Meet or exceed business development and revenue goals
• Represent Express Employment Professionals at local networking events, job fairs, and community activities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in business development, sales, recruiting, staffing, account management, or customer service
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Confident and professional approach to prospecting and client outreach
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
• Ability to develop long-term business relationships
• Strong follow-up and time-management skills
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required for local client visits
