Express Employment Professionals is hiring Assemblers in Bemidji, MN. Join a well-established manufacturing team in producing top-quality building components for residential and commercial projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on, teamwork, and seeing the results of their efforts come to life in the construction industry. 

This position offers a Monday - Friday, dayshift schedule with starting pay at $17.00/hour, plus enjoy a $100 bonus for each completed 40-hour work week!

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions and blueprints
• Use hand and power tools to build and install components
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
• Operate forklift to move products
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

What We Are Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to use basic tools (training provided)
• Reliability and excellent attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight (up to 40lbs) during the shift
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
• Previous forklift experience is preferred
