We are seeking dependable and physically capable individuals for Night Shift Construction Cleanup. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean and safe construction site by removing debris, sweeping, picking up trash, and assisting with general cleanup activities. This is a physically demanding position that requires the ability to work long shifts, lift 50+ lbs., and work in both indoor and outdoor environments.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Sweep and clean construction areas using brooms and other hand tools.
• Pick up and remove trash, debris, and construction materials.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing 50+ lbs.
• Clean ceilings and elevated areas using scissor lifts.
• Operate a scissor lift safely after receiving required training.
• Assist with general construction site cleanup and organization.
• Keep work areas clear of debris and potential safety hazards.
• Load, unload, and move materials as needed.
• Follow all site safety rules and procedures.
• Perform other physically demanding cleanup duties as assigned.

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work Monday–Saturday, 5:00 PM–5:00 AM.
• Must be comfortable working in an uncontrolled-temperature environment.
• Must be willing and able to work outside in hot and cold temperatures.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, climb, and work for extended periods.
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry 50+ lbs.
• Position involves frequent physical activity and repetitive movement.
• May be exposed to dust, dirt, construction debris, noise, and other typical construction-site conditions.
• Must be comfortable working at elevated heights while operating a scissor lift.
• This is a labor-intensive position requiring good physical stamina and endurance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be willing to complete and pass a background check.
• Previous construction, industrial, warehouse, janitorial, or general labor experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must be safety-conscious and willing to follow all job-site safety requirements.
• Must be physically capable of performing the essential duties of the position.
• Scissor lift experience is a plus, but training may be provided.
