Shipping & Receiving Associate
Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
Location: Eau Claire, WI

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate for a growing Eau Claire company. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, inventory control, material handling, or forklift operation, as well as individuals looking to expand their warehouse skill set.
What You'll Do
As a Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will help support daily warehouse operations by receiving incoming products, verifying shipments, maintaining inventory records, and preparing outgoing materials.
Responsibilities
- Receive vendor deliveries and unload trucks
- Compare packing slips to purchase orders and verify incoming products
- Update inventory records and product information
- Process returns and complete required documentation
- Prepare materials and package orders for shipment
- Organize products within warehouse storage areas
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory tracking
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift and/or move 10-50 pounds
- Occasionally lift more than 50 pounds
- Stand and move throughout most of the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
Additional Information
This position may occasionally support local deliveries, so a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record are required.
Forklift experience is welcome; however, candidates only need to be comfortable learning and operating a forklift as part of the role.
