Pay Range: Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

 

About the Company

Express Employment is seeking Boring Mill Operator to join our client’s team.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, change axis  and operate Mazak Boring Mill machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Utilize G-Code knowledge to troubleshoot, edit, and run machining programs
• Produce high-quality parts in a small-batch manufacturing environment
• Monitor machine performance and verify product quality throughout production
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organized
• Meet production goals while maintaining safety and quality standards

 

Required Qualifications 

• Previous Boring Mill machining experience required
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with G-Code programming
• Experience operating Mazak equipment preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and specifications

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience programming with Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to quickly learn company-specific processes and procedures
