Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00AM – 1:30PM

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring an Electronic Assembler (Solderer) for one of our valued clients.

This is a hands-on assembly position working with LED components. We're looking for dependable individuals who are comfortable performing detailed work with their hands and can work accurately in a production environment.

What You'll Be Doing 

·         Perform hand soldering to connect and secure components 

·         Assemble electronic components according to instructions 

·         Inspect completed work for proper placement and quality 

·         Handle small parts and components requiring attention to detail 

·         Maintain a clean and organized work area 

·         Follow production and safety procedures 

·         Meet daily quality and production expectations 

 

What We're Looking For 

·         1-2 years of electronic assembly or soldering experience preferred 

·         Comfortable performing repetitive, detailed work by hand, ability to work with small electronic components 

·         Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity 

·         Strong attention to detail and quality 

·         Strong attention to detail and quality 

·         Ability to consistently work the 5:00 AM start time 

·         Ability to follow work instructions and communicate effectively in English, Spanish, or Vietnamese
