Salary: up to $35.00/HR

DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!

Hours: Friday - Sunday, 6:30am - 6:30pm, work 36 hours but get paid for 40 hours

Pay: up to $35.00/HR

Duties:

Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment and machinery.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement effective corrective actions.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment performance issues.
Maintain detailed maintenance records, service logs, and parts inventory documentation.
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform emergency repairs and respond to production equipment breakdowns as needed.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance activities, and equipment history.
Assist with PLC troubleshooting and support automated equipment operations.
Ensure machinery operates safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards.
Follow OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and company policies at all times.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area.

Qualifications:

Technical certification or Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
Previous maintenance technician experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
Knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting preferred.
Strong understanding of preventive maintenance programs and maintenance best practices.
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and safe work practices.
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple maintenance priorities.
Ability to inspect, diagnose, and repair a wide variety of production equipment and machinery to support operational efficiency and reduce downtime.
