Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior AC Technician to join a premier, family-owned HVAC service and maintenance company in Baton Rouge. This is a Direct Hire opportunity for a skilled residential technician looking for long-term stability, competitive pay, and commission potential. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on expertise troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing residential HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on residential HVAC units and systems.

• Handle refrigerants safely and maintain compliance with EPA rules and industry regulations.

• Drive and maintain a company service vehicle to respond to local client service calls.

• Communicate options and recommendations clearly to homeowners with excellent customer service.

• Support commercial service needs as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certification: EPA HVAC Certification required.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC technician experience required (10+ years preferred).

• Field Requirement: Strong background in Residential HVAC service is required (a mix of residential and commercial experience is welcome, but purely commercial experience will not qualify). Refrigeration experience is a major plus!

• Driving Record: Must hold a valid Driver's License and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) to drive company vehicles.

• Pre-Employment Screening: Must be willing to complete a background check and 5-panel drug screening.
