Salary: 18-20$/hr

Housekeeping Attendant

Schedules: First Shift 6:00 am - 2:30 PM (30 min lunch) | Weekends, evenings, and holidays required
                   Second Shift 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM (Includes 30-min lunch) | Weekends, evenings, and holidays required

32-40 hours per week. 

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 / hour (DOE)

Overview & Duties: Perform general indoor and outdoor housekeeping across the Main Clubhouse, Tennis Center, Pool, Grounds, and Marina. Responsibilities include cleaning, laundry, maintaining towel/linen inventories, and operating light equipment (vacuums, floor buffers, handheld leaf blowers).

Requirements:

Ability to work extended periods standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting.
Comfortable working in varying weather conditions (heat/cold).
Must adhere to safety protocols while using daily cleaning products and equipment.

Seasonal Marina Grounds & Landscape Crew 

Status: Seasonal (60-Day Project starting immediately)

Schedule: 8-hour daily shifts | Mandatory weekend and evening availability

Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour

Overview & Duties: Assist landscape and grounds crews with a 60-day project at the club's marina. Tasks involve physical outdoor labor, land/water vegetation clearing, and general grounds restoration.

Key Responsibilities:

Clear vegetation and plant material around the lakefront (some work performed from a boat).
Perform power washing, spiderweb removal, and backpack leaf blowing.
Operate basic hand tools (provided).

 

Requirements:
Must be comfortable working in, on, and around water (including work from a boat).
Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work on ladders up to 12 feet.
Comfortable working outdoors in heat, dirt, and water for full 8-hour shifts.
Basic electrical or carpentry experience is a plus.


Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
