Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Insulator Second Class for a manufacturing facility in Covington. This position is ideal for a skilled trades professional with experience installing insulation, working from engineering drawings, and performing tubing and hydrostatic testing in an industrial environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Lay out, cut, fit, and install insulation according to engineering drawings, sketches, and manufacturing instructions
• Perform tubing installation and tube rolling operations
• Conduct hydrostatic testing and document results as required
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety procedures, policies, and quality requirements
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of related trade experience
• Experience with insulation installation, tubing, and hydrostatic testing
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
• Ability to safely perform duties in a heavy industrial manufacturing environment

Work Environment

This position is based inside an engineering and manufacturing facility and involves working in a heavy industrial setting. Candidates must be comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and following all required safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements.
