HVAC Technician

We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician with a proven track record in residential and light commercial service. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience, hold a valid EPA certification, and demonstrate a clean driving record. Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address system issues.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as filter changes, system cleaning, and component checks.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC problems with precision.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, solutions, and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and recommendations.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety regulations and local codes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of residential and light commercial HVAC service experience.
• Valid EPA certification required.
• Clean driving record with a Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) report to verify.
• Proven ability to perform HVAC tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and technical expertise.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in both team settings and independently.
