Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Bilingual Packaging Lead for a manufacturing facility in Plant City. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable leading a team, working in a fast-paced production environment, and making sure finished orders are packaged correctly and ready for shipment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and coordinate a team of production/packaging employees.
• Oversee the bundling, wrapping, and stacking of light-gauge steel studs and track.
• Assign tasks and help keep the packaging area running efficiently.
• Verify completed packages against work orders, project specifications, and shipping manifests.
• Ensure products are packaged accurately before being loaded for shipment.
• Monitor quality and address packaging or order discrepancies.
• Enforce workplace safety procedures and proper material-handling practices.
• Work safely around forklifts, pallet jacks, production equipment, and other machinery.
• Communicate instructions, priorities, and safety information to employees in both English and Spanish.
• Assist the team as needed to meet daily production and shipping goals.

What We're Looking For

• Must be able to speak and read both English and Spanish.
• Previous lead, supervisor, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Comfortable directing and motivating a team.
• Safety-minded and able to work around industrial equipment.
• Dependable and able to work the full Monday–Friday schedule.
• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing/warehouse environment.
