Duties:

• Read and understand product documentation to assemble products to required specifications, such work orders, job travelers, blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions.
• Crimp, stake, rivet, solder, press fit, or perform similar operations to join or secure parts using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and related equipment.
• Perform go/no-go testing and inspection using measuring instruments and electronic test equipment to ensure parts and assemblies meet product specifications and workmanship standards.
• Verify prior operation steps are completed and signed off on the job traveler before beginning work.
• Notify management or Quality when corrective action is required and take responsibility for the quality and adequacy of completed work.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow company policies and procedures.

 

What we look for:

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to operate machines and equipment safely and responsibly.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate and complete recordkeeping.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift 15–20 lbs. repeatedly, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, walk, and reach throughout the shift.
