Salary: $18.00/hr

Pay: $18.00/hr + Shift Differential
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

 

ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for a dependable Molding Operator to join a medical manufacturing team. In this position, you will operate molding equipment used to manufacture medical-device components.

This is a hands-on production position where you will monitor machines, handle parts throughout the molding process, inspect finished products, and make sure products meet quality standards.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Operate and monitor molding machines and equipment
• Load and hang parts onto racks for the molding process
• Monitor the production process and make sure machines are operating correctly
• Remove finished parts from the production line
• Trim, clean, inspect, and package completed products
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects or quality issues
• Follow written work instructions and production procedures
• Record production and quality information
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• Meet daily production goals
• Notify the supervisor of equipment or production issues
