Manufacturing Maintenance Technician - 1st Shift

Salary: $30-$38/HR

MUST HAVE RECENT MANUFACTURING MAINTENANCE TECH EXP & AN UPDATED RESUME

Hours: M-F 7AM-3:30PM

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment issues.
• Diagnose equipment problems and make necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Maintain, repair, and replace motors, pumps, belts, bearings, valves, sensors, and other components.
• Assist with installation, setup, and modification of manufacturing equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and production maintenance requests.
• Perform routine inspections to identify potential equipment problems before failures occur.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Work with production personnel to troubleshoot equipment and minimize downtime.
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules and company procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe maintenance work area.
• Follow all OSHA, safety, quality, and company procedures.
• Properly use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and maintenance equipment.
• Assist with facility maintenance and other projects as assigned.
