Hours - 1st Shift 6am-2:30pm

• Assemble window shades, curtains, Roman shades, and related window-covering products.
• Install fabric panels, hardware, cords, rings, lift mechanisms, headrails, and other components.
• Use hand tools and small production equipment to complete assemblies.
• Measure and verify materials according to work orders and specifications.
• Follow production instructions, measurements, patterns, and standard operating procedures.
• Inspect finished products for quality, alignment, appearance, and proper assembly.
• Identify defects or assembly issues and notify the supervisor or lead.
• Package and prepare completed products for the next stage of production or shipment.
• Maintain accurate production counts and documentation.
• Keep the workstation clean, organized, and safe.
