Nursery Laborer

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Nursery Laborer position for a Hawkins area nursery! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! In this role, you will:

• Assist with repotting plants and placing them in new containers
• Pour fertilizer into pots and assist with plant care tasks
• Perform general labor duties throughout the nursery complex
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Basic nursery, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred
• Ability to communicate in basic English for workplace instructions and safety
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and walk throughout the shift
• Ability to perform heavy physical labor and work in outdoor heat
