Job Summary:
A leading aerospace manufacturing company in Corona, CA is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist with strong setup and programming experience to join their growing team. This position requires hands-on experience setting up, programming, and operating CNC lathes and mills, as well as troubleshooting machining processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, program, and operate CNC machines.
• Work with Nakamura Lathes, Okuma Lathes, Fanuc Mills, Haas Mills, and 2OP equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and technical drawings.
• Make program edits and tooling adjustments as needed.
• Perform first article and in-process inspections.
• Troubleshoot machining and quality issues.
• Maintain production standards while ensuring part quality and accuracy.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.

Location: Corona, CA

Position Type: Long-Term / Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $28.00 - $33.00 per hour (DOE)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM + Overtime as Needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of CNC setup and programming experience.
• Experience with Nakamura, Okuma, Haas, and Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Strong understanding of tooling, speeds, feeds, and machine offsets.
• Experience performing setups from blueprint to production.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for 8+ hours per day.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Aerospace or precision machining experience preferred.
