Production Laborer

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Production Laborer position for a Tyler area manufacturing company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary opportunities. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services! In this role, you will:

• Prepare products and materials for processing in a manufacturing environment using basic equipment, tools, and production processes
• Operate a sit-down forklift to move materials, products, and supplies throughout the facility
• Separate materials and apply glue as required during the production process
• Assist with dumping, assembly, packing, and other production-related tasks
• Conduct quality control spot checks throughout the day and maintain logs of items that are out of tolerance

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous sit-down forklift experience is required
• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Ability to stand, bend, lift, and work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
