Client Support Representative

Pay: $18 per hour

The Client Support Representative serves as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with product inquiries, delivery coordination, returns, and account support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Research inventory, product information, and replacement parts for customers
• Assist customers with missing or damaged items and help resolve concerns
• Coordinate furniture deliveries, pickups, exchanges, and returns
• Process invoices, payments, credits, and customer account transactions
• Conduct credit checks and assist with financing documentation
• Communicate with customers, delivery teams, and other departments to ensure a smooth experience
• Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support as needed

What We Are Looking For

• Previous customer service, administrative, or retail experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with invoices, order information, and customer accounts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and positive attitude
