Direct Hire position starting at $25.00-$40.00/hr DOE.

Responsibilities of the Production Manager:

• Lead daily production operations, staffing, and workflow to meet production goals
• Supervise, train, coach, and develop production team members.
• Monitor yields, efficiencies, downtime, and product quality.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and production schedules.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, GMP, and safety programs.
• Partner with Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Analyze production data and implement process improvements
• Complete production reporting and communicate shift performance
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee performance management

Requirements of the Production Manager:

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in food processing or manufacturing
• Tree nut, almond, walnut, or agricultural processing experience preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
• Knowledge of processing equipment, production metrics, and quality standards.
• Experience with HACCP, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
• Computer proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and reporting systems.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak production periods
• Schedule is Full-time, day shift
