Monday thru Friday – 7:30am to 4pm

$21hr to $24hr depending on experience.

Family-owned seasoning and spice company in Pacoima, producing high quality products found in all major supermarkets and meat markets in nine states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas, Utah and Washington, is looking for a Warehouse Associate to join their team. 

Summary: The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse, production, inventory, and logistics operations to ensure products and materials are handled accurately, efficiently, and safely. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, inventory, logistics, or related environments.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, organize, move, and stage products and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Assist with production and manufacturing operations as needed.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare products for shipment.
• Load and unload materials and finished products.
• Maintain accurate inventory and assist with cycle counts and inventory checks.
• Prepare orders and materials for shipping and distribution.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Enter and maintain inventory, production, and shipping information using computer systems.
• Inspect products and materials for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures, production standards, and quality requirements.
• Perform other warehouse and manufacturing duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in warehouse, production, manufacturing, inventory, logistics, or a related environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory and warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products and materials as required.
• Dependable, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
• Food manufacturing or seasoning/spice industry experience is a plus.
