Tooling Finishing Technician

Salary: $19.00-$21.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals - Irvine is seeking Tooling Finishing Technicians for an aerospace manufacturing company in the Irvine, CA area. These are full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunities starting at $19.00-$21.00/hour. Both first and second shifts are available.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Deburr, finish, and polish metal and composite tooling components
• Perform surface finishing and detail work to meet quality specifications
• Inspect parts and completed work using measuring and inspection tools
• Repair and rework tooling
• Assist with testing, material handling, and general warehouse duties

 

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in metal finishing, composite finishing, or manufacturing
• Experience using hand tools, air tools, and inspection equipment
• Ability to work with tight tolerances and quality standards
• Basic blueprint reading and interpretation skills preferred
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious
