Experienced Construction Laborer – $16+ Per Hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Construction Laborer for a local, well-established contractor. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong residential construction background who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in doing quality work.

Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour and up, based on experience

Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with residential construction and remodeling projects
• Perform hands-on work including drywall, tile, flooring, framing, and painting
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Help maintain a clean and organized worksite
• Complete physically demanding tasks while maintaining quality and attention to detail

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of residential construction experience
• Experience with drywall, tile, hardwood flooring, framing, flooring, or painting highly preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently
• Ability to bend, stoop, stand, and remain physically active for extended periods
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to work as part of a team
