This is an evaluation-to-hire opportunity!

Duties:

• Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and fabricate metal components according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate production
• Measure and inspect finished parts to verify conformance to quality standards and customer requirements
• Adjust machine settings and tooling as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency
• Monitor production runs and identify any issues that could impact product quality
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition
• Accurately complete production documentation and records
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times
• Occasionally lift and move materials and finished products as needed

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs):

• Minimum of 2-3 years of Press Brake Operating experience required
• 3-5 years of manufacturing or metal fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
• Ability to accurately use measuring tools and maintain tight tolerances
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to occasionally lift materials throughout the shift

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM - 3:30PM
