Production Worker (Evenings)

Our client, a manufacturing facility located in Stittsville, is currently seeking Temporary Production Workers to support increased production demands and upcoming projects. This is a short-term opportunity with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs
• Previous manufacturing, production, or hands-on work experience is an asset
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Capable of following instructions accurately and consistently
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle for certain shifts, as public transportation is not always available

Duties & Responsibilities

• Inspect plastic parts produced by injection moulding machines to ensure quality standards are met
• Trim excess material from parts using utility knives and basic hand tools
• Prepare finished products for shipment
• Package products according to company specifications
• Move completed boxes to designated storage or shipping areas
• Handle individual parts weighing up to 2lbs
• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 20lbs
• Rotate between workstations every two days to support production needs and workflow efficiency
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned

Location: Stittsville, ON

Contract Length: 1-month assignment, with the possibility of extension

Evening Shift

• Monday to Friday
• 4:00pm to 12:30am
• $18.10/hour
