Tooling Technician

Salary: $22.00-$26.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals - Irvine is seeking Tooling Technicians for an aerospace manufacturing company in the Irvine, CA area. These are full-time, permanent, direct hire opportunities starting at $22.00-$26.00/hour. Both first and second shifts are available.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble tooling, fixtures, and manufactured components according to blueprints and specifications
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality and accuracy
• Drill, tap, fit, and install hardware and components
• Identify and label tooling as required
• Perform basic testing and verification of completed assemblies
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• 2 years of assembly, tool building, or manufacturing experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
• Experience using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
• Knowledge of hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
