Custom Warehouse Associate

Pay: $18.00-$20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM after training
Training: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM for the first two weeks

We are hiring a dependable Warehouse Assistant for a hands-on role with a growing local operation. This position is a mix of order pulling, packing, crate assembly, stocking, and forklift operation. It's a good fit for someone who likes staying busy, working with their hands, and seeing orders through from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Pull parts and materials for customer orders
• Pack product components securely into shipping crates
• Build and assemble crates using nail guns, drills, and basic hand tools
• Count inventory and stock warehouse shelves
• Operate a sit-down electric forklift
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse
• Maintain an organized and efficient work area
• Help keep orders moving in a fast-paced environment

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse, shipping, production, or material handling experience preferred
• Forklift experience preferred, but candidates who are rusty or willing to learn will be considered
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Able to work independently and stay productive
• Comfortable in a physical, fast-moving warehouse environment
