Facilities Maintenance Technician

Salary: $20.00 to $24.00/hour

Express Employment Professionals - Irvine is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a homeowner’s association in the Irvine, CA area. This is a permanent, full-time, evaluation hire opportunity. Compensation starts at $20.00 to $24.00/hour.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep
• Set up rooms for meetings and events
• Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs
• Maintain community grounds, fencing, and common areas
• Use hand and power tools to complete maintenance projects
• Assist with janitorial duties and pool/recreational facility maintenance as needed

Requirements

• Previous facilities, property, building, or general maintenance experience
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Basic plumbing and electrical repair skills preferred
• Ability to perform physical work and lift equipment
• Flexible and willing to assist with a variety of maintenance and cleaning tasks
• Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious
