Job Description: 

Express Employment Professionals of Dickson is currently seeking Friendly candidates for an Office Assistant position with a Pest Control Company. This position will pay based on experience, and the hours are Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Responsibilities:

• Job responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling and rescheduling appointments, daily invoicing, collecting payments, and completing collection calls (60 & 90 days)
• Other responsibilities include responding to texts, emails, and voicemails
• Good attitude, performance, and attendance are essential

Qualifications:

• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to prioritize 
• Able to multi-task
• Possess great customer service skills to include proper phone etiquette
• Has basic math skills for payments
• Capable of bending, stooping, reaching (Cleaning)
