Maintenance/ Forklift Position
$20-22

Position Summary
This position is responsible for operating forklifts, performing general maintenance and repairs, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and assisting with the movement of materials and equipment throughout the facility.
Key Responsibilities
•    Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment.
•    Load, unload, move, and organize materials, products, and equipment.
•    Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on machinery, equipment, doors, lighting, plumbing, and other facility systems.
•    Keep work areas, storage areas, and equipment clean and organized.
•    Report equipment problems, safety hazards, and maintenance needs to management.
•    Assist with general facility upkeep, including cleaning, minor repairs, and grounds maintenance as needed.
•    Maintain proper care and handling of tools, equipment, and company property.
•    Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
•    Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
•    Valid forklift certification 
•    Basic mechanical and maintenance knowledge.
•    Ability to identify and troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
•    Ability to safely use common hand and power tools.
•    Strong attention to safety and detail.
•    Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•    Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
•    Previous industrial, warehouse, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
•    Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb as required.
•    Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
•    Ability to work in a warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial environment.
•    Ability to work around moving equipment, machinery, dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
Schedule
•    Full-time
•    Monday–Friday  7:30-4:30p
