Salary: $25/hr

Express Employment Professionals of Denton County is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our fabrication team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience TIG welding aluminum and potentially stainless steel, along with the ability to accurately measure and cut materials to specification. Candidates will also be required to complete a welding test as part of the hiring process.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay: Starting at $25/hr + OT

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality TIG welding on aluminum and stainless steel materials.
• Measure materials accurately and cut them to the required specifications.
• Set up and prepare materials for welding and fabrication.
• Read and follow measurements, drawings, and fabrication specifications.
• Fit, align, and weld components to meet quality and project requirements.
• Inspect finished welds for accuracy, quality, and proper appearance.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Properly set up and maintain welding equipment and tools.
• Work efficiently with the fabrication team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous TIG welding experience required.
• Experience welding aluminum required; stainless steel experience is a plus.
• Ability to accurately measure, mark, and cut materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to interpret measurements, drawings, or fabrication specifications.
• Must be comfortable completing a welding test prior to placement.
• Ability to safely handle and position materials.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
