Production Associate / Machine Operator

We are seeking dependable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment, operating production equipment, handling materials, and maintaining quality standards while contributing to overall production goals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of assigned work center and surrounding areas.
• Handle and move raw materials and finished goods safely and efficiently.
• Operate various converting and production equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Follow quality specifications and special instructions outlined on production orders.
• Complete inventory tracking and recordkeeping functions accurately.
• Perform quality inspections and collect production quality data as required.
• Participate in continuous improvement and process enhancement initiatives.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

• Ability to perform heavy lifting throughout the shift.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including 12-hour shifts.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled industrial warehouse.
• Ability to work in environments that may be dusty and noisy at times. Hearing protection is available and provided as needed.
• Ability to safely perform repetitive motions and physical labor throughout the workday.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong math and measurement skills, including:
  • Addition, subtraction, and multiplication
  • Weight scale reading
  • Accurate decimal recording
  • Use of rulers, tape measures, and other linear measuring devices
• High school-level math proficiency or higher.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production orders.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
