Manufacturing Associate

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Manufacturing Associates to join our production team. The Manufacturing Associate will assist with the assembly, production, packaging, and quality inspection of products while following safety and company procedures.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Assemble, build, and package products according to company specifications.
• Operate basic production machinery and hand tools.
• Follow work instructions, production schedules, and safety procedures.
• Inspect products for defects and ensure quality standards are met.
• Measure and verify materials and finished products.
• Load and unload materials from production areas.
• Move raw materials and finished products using carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Complete production paperwork and documentation as required.
• Meet daily production and quality goals.
• Identify and report equipment, material, or product issues to supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or mechanical experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Shift and schedule may vary based on production needs.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour
Pay rate based on experience and position requirements.
