Warehouse Receiving Associate

Schedule: Full-Time, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Pay: $20–$22 per hour 

About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Receiving Associate to join our client's team. In this role, you'll be the first checkpoint for all incoming product, component material, and customer RMAs — making sure everything that comes through our doors is accurate, properly handled, and gets where it needs to go. If you take pride in accuracy, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and know your way around warehouse equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Receive incoming product, component material, and customer RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations)
• Verify vendor information, parts received, and quantities against purchase orders to ensure accuracy
• Repackage or relabel materials as needed to meet handling or storage requirements
• Separate and route materials that require physical or electronic inspection
• Review, pull, and deliver requested product to Production in a timely manner
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area
• Perform all duties with a strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in receiving, warehouse, or shipping/logistics preferred
• Experience operating a forklift and/or pallet jack (certification a plus, or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to accurately match paperwork (purchase orders) to physical materials
• Strong attention to detail and basic math/counting accuracy
• Comfortable using inventory or warehouse management systems (WMS) for electronic inspection/tracking
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout a shift
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, safety-first mindset
