Painter - Manufacturing Plant

Location: Roofing Tile Manufacturing Plant
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM
Pay: $20 

Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Painter to work inside a roofing tile manufacturing plant. This position will be responsible for painting and maintaining designated emergency lanes, walkways, aisles, and safety markings throughout the facility to ensure a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

• Paint and maintain emergency lanes, aisles, walkways, and safety zones throughout the plant.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, scraping, and masking areas as needed.
• Apply paint using brushes, rollers, and striping equipment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Inspect painted surfaces and perform touch-ups as necessary.
• Work independently and efficiently to complete assigned projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial, industrial, or facility painting experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow safety instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Experience painting safety lines, traffic markings, or warehouse/manufacturing facilities is a plus.
