Key Responsibilities:

Physical Requirements:

• Assist customers with questions and general account needs.
• Provide friendly and professional service.
• Direct customers to the appropriate department when needed.
• Enter and update customer information in computer systems.
• Maintain files and organize paperwork.
• Complete basic office tasks and data entry.
• Payments and Loan Assistance
• Process customer payments accurately.
• Provide receipts and maintain payment records.
• Assist customers with basic loan application forms and collect required documents.

Experience Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with customers in a professional manner.
