Customer Service Representative

Located in Quitman, TX

Salary: $15/hr - $20/hr - DOE

Express Employment Professionals is seeking applicants for a Customer Service Representative position for a local Quitman, Tx company! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in East Texas that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and clients.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Order parts and supplies needed by service technicians.
• Communicate with technicians, customers, and vendors to ensure parts and services are coordinated efficiently.
• Maintain organized records and assist with general office and administrative tasks as needed.

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

• Previous customer service or office experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and recordkeeping skills.
• Experience with inventory, purchasing, or purchase orders is a plus.
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented.
