Job Title: Warehouse Material Handler – 1st Shift
City and State: Cary, IL
Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
Schedule/Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:20 AM–4:30 PM (1st Shift)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Summary:
Our client in Cary, IL is seeking dependable Warehouse Associates for their 1st shift team. This role supports production and warehouse operations by moving materials, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with shipping and receiving. This is a great opportunity for candidates with prior warehouse experience who enjoy an active, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Move materials onto the production floor and transfer finished goods to the warehouse
  • Enter inventory data into computer systems
  • Distribute paperwork to appropriate departments for processing
  • Operate a forklift once trained and certified
  • Assist with loading and unloading trucks
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for 8+ hour shifts
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • High energy level and strong work ethic
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math and computer skills
