Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance/Painter for a local university. This position is responsible for maintaining the appearance and condition of campus facilities through painting, repairs, and general maintenance duties. The ideal candidate will have previous painting experience, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and priming
• Paint and finish interior and exterior surfaces
• Perform touch-up painting and routine maintenance repairs
• Repair drywall, doors, and other building components as needed
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas
• Follow safety procedures and university standards
• Assist with general facilities maintenance projects as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous commercial or residential painting experience preferred
• General maintenance experience is a plus
• Ability to use painting tools and equipment safely
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks

Full Time Evaluation Hire Position

M-F 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

$15.00 / hour
