📅 Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

We are looking for dependable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a team building quality products.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with the manufacturing and assembly of wood trusses and related products.
• Read and follow work orders, production instructions, and measurements.
• Measure, cut, position, and assemble materials accurately.
• Operate hand tools and production equipment safely.
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the production area.
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, construction, or production experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good hand-eye coordination.
• Dependable with good attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic measurement and math skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and moving materials.
• Ability to safely lift and carry materials as required.
• Comfortable working in a production environment.

Schedule & Pay

• $17/hour
• Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Overtime offered most Fridays
• Full-time schedule with opportunities for additional hours
