Ideal General Labor candidate will have:

·         6 months or longer of recent manufacturing, general labor, or shop experience with one employer

·         Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed

·         Good attitude & self-motivated

·         Regularly on time with good attendance

·         Ability to follow directions and learn new skills

·         Experience working with hand and power tools preferred

·         Hi-lo experience preferred but not required

·         Steel toe safety boots

·         Ability to work overtime up to 50 hours or more
