Bilingual Counter Sales Representative

Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Counter Sales Representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for assisting customers at the counter, processing orders, answering product questions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Spanish and is comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the sales counter in a professional and friendly manner.
• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Answer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and orders.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Prepare quotes, invoices, sales orders, and other customer documentation.
• Enter orders and customer information into the company computer system.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure orders are pulled and ready for customers.
• Assist with loading or staging customer orders when needed.
• Handle cash, credit card, or other payment transactions as required.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, or product availability.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional counter area.
• Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Previous counter sales, customer service, inside sales, retail, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to accurately process orders and handle basic math.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and order-entry systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, sales staff, and warehouse personnel.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move products or packages as needed.
• Ability to work in a warehouse or sales-counter environment.
• Must be able to safely perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday–Friday
Schedule may vary based on business needs.

Compensation

Pay Rate: $18.31-$21.68_per hour
