Delivery Driver - Flat Bed Truck

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for loading and unloading trucks, making customer deliveries, ensuring products are properly secured for transport, and assisting with general warehouse operations during slower route periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and secure products for daily deliveries.
• Operate a 26-foot flatbed truck safely and efficiently.
• Complete local delivery routes averaging 100-200 miles per day.
• Utilize GPS navigation systems to plan and complete delivery routes.
• Verify products are loaded accurately and safely before departure.
• Complete delivery paperwork, logs, and other required documentation.
• Operate a pallet jack to move materials within the warehouse and at delivery locations.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, organizing, and maintaining warehouse inventory.
• Perform general warehouse duties when delivery volume is light.
• Follow all company safety procedures, DOT regulations, and traffic laws.
• Provide professional customer service during deliveries.

Qualifications

• Previous delivery driving experience preferred.
• Experience operating a pallet jack required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must meet DOT requirements and maintain eligibility to operate company vehicles.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic paperwork and recordkeeping skills.

Equipment & Route Information

• Operate a 26-foot flatbed truck.
• Local delivery routes with daily travel of approximately 100 miles; up to 200 miles on occasion.
• Home daily.

• Ability to assist in multiple areas of warehouse operations as business needs require.
