Express Employment Professionals, Delta, is hiring for an Order Entry/ Inside Sales Associate, for our client company in the metal materials manufacturing industry based out of Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate will be someone can be a Customer Service Representative/ Data Entry in an office environment, and is capable of learning quickly. As this role is dealing with clients across U.S. and Canada, please apply if you have a strong command of English. The Order Entry/ Inside Sales Representative is working with a supportive internal office and warehouse team, accountant and reporting to the Inside Sales Manager. This full-time position is ideal for someone with experience in manufacturing, construction, or a similar environment who is comfortable handling order entry, estimates, and providing top-tier customer support.

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Accurately create takeoffs of customers railings and enter the orders and quotes into our system
• Review and interpret shop drawings to assist with order accuracy
• Respond to phone calls and emails to support customers and ensure smooth order processing (mostly emails)
• Collaborate with production and sales teams to ensure clear communication of order details

 

Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service or inside sales is an asset
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings is an asset
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience with SolidWorks or AutoCAD is an asset
• Microsoft Outlook and Excel experience is an asset

 

Salary is $40,000 to $60,000/ year. Benefits after probationary period. Regular salary reviews - after probationary period and yearly.
