Assembler

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assembler to join our production team. This position is responsible for assembling components and finished products, operating basic production equipment, labeling and packaging finished goods, and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains attention to detail, and can perform continuous production work throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assemble components and finished products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Operate assembly equipment and hand tools, including rivet press machines and other production equipment.
• Label, package, and prepare finished products for shipment.
• Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship.
• Maintain production standards and meet daily productivity goals.
• Handle and move materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
• Adhere to all company safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and inventory-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous assembly, manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools and production equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with hands and arms.
• Ability to bend, reach, twist, and move materials as needed.
• Ability to perform continuous production work in a warehouse environment.
