PAY: $19.00 per hour
Schedule: 5–6 Days per Week | 8–12 Hour Shifts Depending on Production Needs
Typical Hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Lunch: 1-Hour Lunch Break
Assignment Duration: ASAP | Approximately 3–4 Weeks

Job Summary

We are hiring Seasonal Harvest Production Workers to assist with all aspects of the winemaking and harvest process. This is a great opportunity for individuals interested in wine production, agriculture, manufacturing, or hands-on seasonal work.

No previous experience is required! We are looking for reliable individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

This is a fast-paced and physically demanding position. Candidates must be comfortable with heavy lifting, being on their feet, navigating the work environment, and working longer hours when needed.

Production Responsibilities

• Fruit and grape processing
• Equipment and tank sanitation
• Fermentation tracking and management
• Tank and barrel additions
• Juice and wine movements
• Tank and equipment cleaning
• Barrel preparation, cleaning, filling, and emptying
• General sanitation and production duties
• Assist with other operations as needed

Qualifications

• No previous experience required
• Ability to work 5–6 days per week
• Willingness to work 8–12 hour shifts and longer hours when needed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
• Reliable transportation

Physical Requirements

This is a physically demanding position. Candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Navigate indoor and outdoor work areas, including uneven terrain
• Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
• Lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Work around loud equipment and cleaning chemicals
• Handle a physically active workload for extended shifts
