We are is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Services Technician to join our team in Moses Lake, Washington. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will take pride in providing exceptional cleaning and sanitation services while supporting our mission of delivering high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, hallways, main areas, and other assigned spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces according to established infection prevention standards.
• Empty trash and containers following policies and procedures.
• Replenish supplies including soap, paper towels, toilet tissue, and hand sanitizer stations.
• Clean and maintain floors using appropriate equipment and cleaning products.
• Respond promptly to spills, emergencies, and environmental service requests.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory requirements.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks, including bending, standing, walking, and reaching.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check

Preferred:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or environmental services experience.
