Marketing Manager – Norco, LA - D219

Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager for an exciting opportunity in Norco, LA.

 

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, increase guest traffic, build customer loyalty, promote events, drive transactions, and support revenue growth.

 

This is a hands-on, highly collaborative leadership role responsible for digital marketing, social media, advertising, promotions, public relations, partnerships, events, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns that support company growth.
• Manage social media, website content, SEO, email marketing, digital advertising, and online reputation.
• Develop promotions and marketing strategies for events, entertainment, private events, group sales, and special initiatives.
• Maintain consistent branding across multiple locations, business units, and marketing channels.
• Build relationships with local media, influencers, community organizations, sponsors, and business partners.
• Manage and enhance customer loyalty and retention programs.
• Monitor marketing performance, customer behavior, sales data, and campaign results to identify opportunities and improve ROI.
• Manage marketing budgets and outside vendors, agencies, photographers, designers, and media partners.
• Collaborate closely with company leadership and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives support business objectives.
• Serve as the organization's primary marketing resource and subject matter expert.
• Represent the company at community, networking, and promotional events as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, advertising platforms, and campaign management.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and developing measurable marketing campaigns.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel out of state periodically and work occasional weekends or outside normal business hours as needed.

Preferred: Experience in hospitality, restaurants, entertainment, events, convenience retail, multi-location/multi-brand marketing, CRM systems, email marketing, or content creation.
